    Stumbled upon this podcast and IG account after my wife and I had discussion of her feeling disconnected. We were looking to break cycles and I wanted to understand more. This podcast, although I can not relate to some aspects being the husband and father, I could right away see how some aspects my wife had gone through and felt. We have both started listening to the podcast to work on our relationship with 3 x kids.
