I love how open they are about their business, their love life’s, being mothers and raising kids on their own and their past. I totally relate to the anxiety as a result of a traumatic event. My husband had a major stroke a few years ago. That near death experience put me on high alert anytime I don’t hear from them or know where they are. Therapy helps and the gym is the main thing that keeps me from going into a state of depression. Love this podcast. I love the realness and the tips you share on dealing with life. Great job ladies!
