I love this podcast! The ladies do a great job of picking very relatable and varied topics and they are super eloquent and hilarious to boot. And even though I am not a Latina mom, I can totally relate and engage with what they are talking about. I have nodded along countless times. Really enjoyable listening!

  • Won Me Over :)

This is so much fun to listen in on. I have had so many laugh out loud moments. Previously, I was only listening to podcasts that are from an intersectional and critical race theory lens. So when the first episode was exalting certain pop artists I had a gasp moment because I think they are highly problematic from my White Supremacist Capitalist Patriarchy critical lens. HOWEVER, the subsequent episodes have been so fun and refreshing! Everything just went up from there. So many relatable moment... more

  • Good Girl who?

Alex’s sister here! Wendy & Alex, you are hilarious & so authentic. Love listening to you girls & I am literally laughing out loud in every episode!

Listening to the “Good Girls” episode and thinking how crazy it is that I was so the opposite of all that and we have the same mother. Alex so right when she says the older you get the less you care what people think. I must have been very mature for my age because even as a teenager I never really cared! I was pregnant at 17, never got married ev... more

  • A must listen for all “mamácitas”!

Wendy and Alex had me at “mamacita”! As a Latina mamá myself, the conversations are totally relatable and funny. While listening to the podcast it truly feels like I’m hanging out with my girlfriends and I find myself laughing and nodding my head in agreement to so many things. So far I’m loving all the topics and I look forward to the upcoming episodes.

  • Wow!

I’ve listened to other mom podcasts but to listen to a conversation of these women with my similar background and how much I could relate with the way our mother’s raised us and because of that how we are trying to do our best for our kids especially our daughters was very moving.

I can’t wait to listen to more of your podcasts!

  • What is a mamacita

Loved it!! As a Latina mom raising a teen this episode made me laugh and acknowledge how much we think and behave as moms instead of mamacitas ;-)

My Mama cita podcast is from now on my Me time! I am hooked!! So highly recommend it! All mamacitas will find themselves here, either a madre santa or a happy woman a mamacita one!
