  • Vanja knows her stuff!

So grateful to have found Vanja and all of her wisdom. Since I started tracking my set squats and tracking how long I can hang per day, I’ve noticed my 51-year-old body change in just a matter of days. These podcasts are engaging informative and have absolutely no fluff. I listen to them while I walk the dog while I do things around the house while I squat and really any chance I get. Grateful for the moves method, the coaches & the community!

  • Makes perfect sense

Everything you say about strength throughout full ranges makes perfect sense. Doing my best and seeing improvements small steps at a time. I want to be healthy all the days the Lord gives me. He doesn’t want us broken down and limping if we’ve been given a body that will move. Thank you!

Not to mention, I had no idea I had the ability to hang for a minute!! Thank you and I’m so excited to learn more through your podcast and continue my movement training through the app!
