Fear isn't the problem. The story you tell yourself about fear is the problem.
Most people think courage means the absence of fear. But that's not how it works. Courage is action in the presence of fear. And your brain can learn it.

So grateful to have found Vanja and all of her wisdom. Since I started tracking my set squats and tracking how long I can hang per day, I’ve noticed my 51-year-old body change in just a matter of days. These podcasts are engaging informative and have absolutely no fluff. I listen to them while I walk the dog while I do things around the house while I squat and really any chance I get. Grateful for the moves method, the coaches & the community!
Thank you Vanja, your work has inspired me to keep moving, squatting and using my body’s full range on motion.
Everything you say about strength throughout full ranges makes perfect sense. Doing my best and seeing improvements small steps at a time. I want to be healthy all the days the Lord gives me. He doesn’t want us broken down and limping if we’ve been given a body that will move. Thank you!
I purchased your program and started it just under a week ago with the app. I can already tell a difference in my lower back and hips! Not to mention, I had no idea I had the ability to hang for a minute!! Thank you and I’m so excited to learn more through your podcast and continue my movement training through the app!

A movement-focused show that centers on mobility, resilience, and practical ways to move better at any age. Across recent episodes, the host explores how nervous system signals, recovery, sleep, and everyday movement influence strength, flexibility, pain, and longevity. The conversations mix personal journeys with actionable protocols—ranging from flexibility and mobility techniques to strategies for recovering from setbacks and managing chronic conditions—creating a holistic approach to movement that challenges common fitness myths and emphasizes tangible outcomes.
