  • Finally someone brave

You finally brought someone that was “telling it like it is, bullish or bearish, no holds barred”. By that I mean that Luke Gromen was the only one that is saying the truth about America and its lack of accountability.

And what does it have to do with finance? Everything. Your president is making everything 100x worse and accelerating US decline. Gold has responded, long term de-dollarization is alive, world (minus the US) partnerships are thriving.

Thank god China is here to help. It might be ... more

  • Is it Cramer now?

Well my friend, you were wrong about Dollar, oil, imminent correction and Uranium (a bit early to judge, for the latter).

But, should I take the opposite side trade just like I do with Cramer?

Your analysis are not bad despite your misses, but…

In time, listening Craig Tindale, time ago, was a pain. Please do not invite these clowns.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

MacroVoices #545 Michael Howell: Warsh vs. The Markets
Q: Tell me what's going on with the world global liquidity cycle. What causes the cycle to go down, and how much further does it have to go?
The guest explains that liquidity peaks before the real economy, with liquidity growth slowing due to a combination of strong real economies and crowding-out effects, and that the down-cycle likely continues for a substantial period, potentially leading into 2027-2028 before a rebound.
MacroVoices #546 Darius Dale: Darius Dale for POTUS 2028
Q: Is there a risk of a more dramatic shift like yield curve control or balance sheet expansions?
Yes, he argues we are already in reserve yield curve control via Treasury financing and Fed actions, with a high likelihood of more explicit, larger-scale interventions if the bond market continues to rally and if inflation remains compelling.
MacroVoices #546 Darius Dale: Darius Dale for POTUS 2028
Q: What policy moves do you expect in the near term ahead of the midterm elections?
Darius notes a widening federal deficit and calls for restraint, but suggests that monetary authorities will lean dovish, with potential for more aggressive tactical interventions and data improvements that could push policy toward more accommodative stances.
MacroVoices #541 Dr. Anas Alhajji: Bab el-Mandeb: The Next Oil Chokepoint Nobody's Watching
Q: What is the current risk assessment for Bab el-Mandeb, and how do insurance dynamics influence potential closures?
The current risk hinges on Houthi actions and IRGC influence; closures could occur temporarily to affect prices and insurance rates. The market would likely react through higher insurance costs and price spikes, even if the strait reopens quickly, due to lingering risk perceptions.
MacroVoices #541 Dr. Anas Alhajji: Bab el-Mandeb: The Next Oil Chokepoint Nobody's Watching
Q: Why did Anas predict a closure in Hormuz a year before it happened, and what was the underlying logic regarding China?
Anas argued that the US pursued energy independence and then energy dominance, using strategic leverage in oil markets to impact China via supply security and AI-driven demand. He suggested that global players would adjust inventories, LNG flows, and refining capacity in anticipation of strategic moves, with China already positioning to absorb shocks by diversifying energy sources and increasing domestic production.
