This is a extremely bearish podcast. If you followed their advice carefully you’d be short the market and broke. But, it is good to get different viewpoints and a good reminder to not overextend yourself, be ready for disaster.
The podcast is very hard to hear if there is any outside noise. Then a commercial come or you switch to another podcast and it blows your ears out.
