  • Refreshing and inspiring

I loved the episode on myths about weight training and weight loss! I’ve been working out, just to keep myself active, but I have believed some of those myths, so it helps to know what to do or not (and why). I also appreciate the compassion you share while speaking about fitness and food, coupled with faith. It’s refreshing and inspires me to look at fitness in a more holistic way.
