This podcast is everything a podcast should be: fun and entertaining while highly informative and helpful. I learn something every time I listen to Shelia. What a blessing- I look forward to each new episode! Thank you!

Sheila has given me the crash course introduction to bread baking I needed to get me started. I have quick bread baking experience but every time I would try “real breads” or yeast bread something would inevitably go wrong.

If you really want to learn about bread or pastry baking this show is for you!
