从2020年年初因为疫情回国之后，主播已经有五年多没有出国了，最近主播回到了十多年前第一次出国的目的地泰国（thailand，昵称“泰兰德”）。相比在国内旅行，出国旅行还是有很多额外需要准备的事项，所以这一期我们就先讲一讲出国前的常见准备事项，以去泰国为例：

2020年1月初，在新冠疫情正式爆发前、在美伊突然爆发冲突的特殊时点，我前往以色列和巴勒斯坦地区，进行了一次被赞助的七天旅行。为了录制这期节目，一方面好好回顾了近五年前的全部行程，另一方面也补充学习了不少背景知识，希望能让大家全方位、更深入地了解这一个极其复杂的区域。（这次行程的影像记录还在制作中，后续会更新B站链接）
