作為一個市井小民，我也贊成法庭直播，但我覺得應是在一切初有完善的過程或是適合的配套措施等。
直播透明了等於提升司法信賴？打問號，但我認為法庭直播並不會直接帶動普法，因爲法律攻防的語言至少還是和普羅大眾的生活語言邏輯有差異，否則發生這麼多重大事件，「唯一死刑」也不會呼聲這麼高了。
所以律師提到法律從業反對直播，是以群眾對「法」的認知不足是種傲慢，我不覺得是傲慢，而是點出了現象，台灣確實民眾法律的知識普及不足，我作為一個非法律系出生的小民眾採樣身邊的人，至少是如此。
如果法庭直播是一個普及法律的渠道，我覺得還不如有類似於媒體通識般的法律通識課程作為奠定的基礎？（雙向進行也行吧，應該）
