I found this podcast via the excellent interview with Elizabeth Laura Nelson and have been going through the archives and appreciating the insights. I love the way you take common struggles women have and illuminate them in an accessible and encouraging way. I was especially moved by the Dr. Harpriya Singh episode and her outlook on embracing each day as the best one ever and not letting other people ruin her mindset. I’ll be recommending it his to my similarly aged friends.
