This episode about working for an evil corporation is fascinating. Made a career pivot from full-time-parent to university to finally launch a career to make a greater professional difference in the world. This type of dialogue is what will make the workplace BETTER. Not burnt it all down or pretend it’s fine as is. Nuance perspective and human takes on a work culture that’s d/evolving faster than any one person can stay up on.
Keep the conversation real and constructive!
