Go ahead and rename this show already. No sense in keeping it “Locked on ACC”. Might as well just rename it to Locked on Hurricanes 2.0. Alex Donno is a Canes fan, cool. Stick to your team and find a balanced host for this show instead. And the thing is, Miami is having a great bounce back year in basketball in Jai Lucas’ first season as... more
Seems like it’s time to rename this podcast “Clemson and Those Other Teams. In a 17 team conference to fixate this much on a single program is to narrow the audience. I rarely listen anymore. I scan the transcripts to see of other teams are mentioned and then move on. I’m sure that’s not what sponsors want.
Every Friday, these morons are directed onto my feed via the locked on podcast of the school I listen for. The title lazily replaces "ACC" with "school" and then they literally never mention that specific school. It is incredibly annoying and you should be embarrassed by this tactic.

Two hosts provide daily analysis and commentary on ACC news, rankings, and governance, with a strong focus on football and basketball ecosystems, conference realignment, media rights, NIL, and recruiting. Episodes frequently dissect power dynamics within the ACC, highlight major stories (Notre Dame status, playoff expansions, streaming deals, and coaching moves), and mix sharp takes with expert guests to frame implications for fans, programs, and sponsors. Notable is a candid, opinion-driven banter style and frequent cross-talk about media rights, streaming partnerships, and the business of college athletics, which can be especially valuable for brands seeking topical, conversation-forward sponsorships.
