  • Not the best!

Too often there are too many factual mistakes about riders age, results or even the tactics used on the day of the day.

  • Interesting- needs work

The host is good, the other guy, Ewain sp?, talks way too fast with no pauses and no variation in his voice so it becomes one long mumble. I do find the perspectives interesting. Many of the episodes don’t play for some reason.

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Tour de France 2026 Stage 2 Recap - Isaac del Toro and Pogacar Test Jonas Vingegaard
Q: Why did Pogacar not attack on the final ascent, and what did that signal about UAE's strategy?
Pogacar appeared to defer maintenance of the lead to keep Visma from taking control, signaling UAE's plan to protect Pogacar while allowing Del Toro's opportunistic win, suggesting a longer-term aim to control future stages rather than forcing a late-race attack today.
Tour de France 2026 Stage 2 Recap - Isaac del Toro and Pogacar Test Jonas Vingegaard
Q: What exactly happened on this first road stage and how did the day unfold for the GC contenders?
The group fought to get in breaks early, Dele showed illness hints, and a large, around 40-man chase group formed on the circuit with UAE guiding the pace. Del Toro seized the final climb's sprint, while Pogacar played a waiting game, and Vingegaard struggled to hold wheels on the punchy finish, leaving the GC mostly unchanged except for small time gaps and bonus seconds.
Interviews with Michael Matthews & Ben O’Connor Before the Tour de France 2026
Q: How do you balance GC aspirations with being a joker/early breakaway rider?
Balancing a GC focus with willingness to ride in big breaks is about leveraging past experiences where breaks have turned into GC opportunities, while staying disciplined about when to attack and when to ride conservatively for the team.
Interviews with Michael Matthews & Ben O’Connor Before the Tour de France 2026
Q: What is your target for this Tour and what is your role within the team?
The target is to win again; I aim to be in breakaways and convert chances into stage wins, while also supporting the team where needed and managing the GC ambitions when possible.
Giro d'Italia 2026 Stage 14 Recap - Visma Lease A Bike and Jonas Vingegaard Attempt to Crack Afonso Eulálio On Big Mountain Day
Q: Jonas, three months into the Giro and you have won them all. Is this stage different because you dictated the race this time and sealed the pink jersey?
Jonas explained that the team planned to control the race from the start, and their execution and timing of the climb allowed them to convert control into a decisive stage win and GC lead, underscoring his confidence and the squad's cohesion.
