  • Amusing and informative!

    I found the pod through Spencer’s work on The Move, and I’m glad I did!

    There is a proper mix of very funny commentary on specific races and the sport of cycling in general, intertwined with very insightful analysis. I’m from the uk but also interesting to hear about the US local bike scene and the inevitable funny anecdotes around it.

    Co-how Andrew Vontz cracks me up too.

    Love it!

  • Great pro cycling analysis and humor

    Spencer and Andrew have a compelling way of going inside the race with keen observation that draws on their respective racing experiences and dedication to the sport. These guys know their stuff but are not know it alls, and their sense of humor and give and take make for great listening that entertains and enlightens.
