Lo walked me through birth back when we were pregnant at the same time in 2020… she made me feel empowered and informed, for a first time mama that brought me so much peace. She’s an amazing woman nurse mother friend; a wealth of knowledge and experience. I recommend her IG page and this podcast to anyone and everyone wanting to learn all about birth pregnancy and postpartum.
I have loved following her on instagram for YEARS, and I am soo happy she has finally created a podcast. Lo is an incredibly intelligent & helpful resource. I listened to so many of these episodes before my second birth this year, and have recommended to all my pregnant friends. :-) She is such a great nurse resource for pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and beyond!
Lo has such a comforting and authentic way of educating and connecting with new moms to feel empowered and confident as they navigate motherhood
