  • Lo is the absolute best!

    Lo walked me through birth back when we were pregnant at the same time in 2020… she made me feel empowered and informed, for a first time mama that brought me so much peace. She’s an amazing woman nurse mother friend; a wealth of knowledge and experience. I recommend her IG page and this podcast to anyone and everyone wanting to learn all about birth pregnancy and postpartum.
