Profoundly inspiring!!
I have been listening to this podcast for over a year. It feels like medicine for my mind. Every episode treats the listener to a relatable problem that all human’s face and then gives some practical meditation tools to try that will address it. The teachers each have unique styles and approaches to their topic so there is a wonderful amount of variety. Living Clarity is an “ancient wisdom that is perfect for modern people” delivery device.
