Why does Dr gladden feel the need to say "right"?, right"?, "right" at the end of so many of his sentences? This terrible vocal crutch seems to be everywhere these days... Right?
I love what you talked about in the episode called The Hidden Part of Your Metabolism Holding You Back with Barton Scott. Here he talked about the new formulas to get good metabolic activity. He also mentioned the importance of Sodium & Potassium in the human body.
Another podcast where the host has terrible interview technique. Interrupts and talks to much over his guests. And with the terrible talk system (Skype?) when he interrupst his guest the sound clashes.
At one time, this was a great podcast. Since the departure of Mark Young, it is not worth the time.
