    I have been listening to this podcast for almost a year now and also studying Dr Gladden’s book. I have been methodically applying things I learn and it has been life changing

    I have dropped weight, gotten off of anti depressants, lowered my a1c, and improved my sleep. I have finally taken the leap and am going to his clinic in a few weeks.   • Some people just can't interview

    Another podcast where the host has terrible interview technique. Interrupts and talks to much over his guests. And with the terrible talk system (Skype?) when he interrupst his guest the sound clashes.
