  • Ride-the-fence Bream

Speaking on Shannon’s national/political commentary; she nearly never takes a stance on any important issue. Her approach is cringe in that she believes every side of any given issue makes a great point and it’s just such a hard choice to make between the two. Gross. • Great Commentary

I really appreciate how Shannon is able to talk politics yet is grounded in the Word. I recently heard her speak at a women’s conference & she was humble about sharing her testimony.

Noah: The Man Who Walked With God
Q: How does the ark story relate to our ongoing relationship with God and readiness for what's coming?
The ark story is a literal preparation parable that mirrors spiritual readiness today—living in fellowship with God, not merely going through rules, while awaiting God's timing for fulfillment.
Noah: The Man Who Walked With God
Q: So you and I are joined kind of in that philosophy on life. I want to talk to you about Noah because he was one of the stories I absolutely wanted to include in my book because the Lord asks him to do something.
Noah's obedience, despite the culture's thresholds and skepticism, marked a faithful response that not only saved his family but stood as a pivotal example of trust in God's plan for humanity.
Joshua: Pressing Forward In Faith
Q: What is the best way for us to tackle doubters in our lives?
It's important to listen to people who walk in faith, find supportive community, and look to biblical stories for strength.
The Power Of Prayer & Fasting
Q: How do we know or decide if we're being called to something and what that something is that we should give up?
Pastor Worley suggests looking at what things pull at our attention and time, encouraging individuals to let the Holy Spirit guide them in determining what to fast from.
The Power Of Prayer & Fasting
Q: What is prayer? How do we get better at it?
Pastor Worley explains that prayer is simply talking to God and emphasizes that God desires to speak back to us as well.
