    The first three signs she says are identifying BPD - isolation of family and friends and threatening divorce is not accurate in my experience. Becoming a shell - yes, being preoccupied by the abuse, yes. But having three generations of BPD- they cannot handle their emotions and blow up frequently, yelling at you, can’t accept any feedback or requests for working on an issue productively, controlling and gaslighting are the norm.
