  • Misleading shills

    Some episodes were fine, but most I’d start and end up skipping past. I was in the car so I couldn’t skip the newest one with Anna Runkle easily so I listened to it and she talked about a secret method that worked better than therapy for C-PTSD and after like an hour of blathering there was no method described. I looked her up and her website immediately gave me shill vibes. It was all testimonials and no mention of the actual methodology. I googled “anna runkle daily practice” to try to find t... more
