  • Really enjoy listening to this podcast. Entertaining and fun. It's a great listen when I want to listen to something to relax and intellectually think about.I also like that the podcaster encourages a growth mindset and not using your type as an excuse to not develop other functions and mature.

  • A great podcast to give you a healthy understanding of MBTI

Love the podcast! I love the variety of topics Kristin covers on the podcast, and how engaging she makes the episodes (She’s an ESFP so…of course) and I particularly appreciate the understanding she has given me of the cognitive functions (the basis of MBTI), which has *revolutionized* my understanding of MBTI. It’s so beautifully intuitive! MBTI is not as convoluted as you might think as it’s grounded plainly in logic and basic psychology, and it’s actually a very healthy way to view yourself a... more

  • More Kristin - yay!

Just wanted to hop on and say that I find Kristin one of the best YouTubers/Podcasters at explaining cognitive function related topics.

I particularly love her chats with her family about type. Fascinating!

Loved the episode with Dr Ben Cotterill.

    Great podcast! Five stars.
