  • THANK YOU

You guys talk about how it feels like you’re “sending a message in a bottle” when you create these episodes and float them out into the world, not knowing where they’ll land. Well, you dropped into my life at a time when I’ve needed not just your well-researched and solid bank of information and research, but also your specific tone, chemistry, authenticity, transparency, and especially…. ANTONIA DODGE’S ACCURACY. Antonia, your brain is so smart and sophisticated. The way you synthesize and dige... more

  • The Way Out is Through

Personality Hacker ignited a spark in me to begin a difficult, nuanced, and much needed personal growth journey. They dive deep and challenge you know yourself better, so (ideally) we can all have greater understanding and compassion for ourselves and others. Understanding their model takes a lot of time and requires almost a leap of faith initially, but stick with it and there’s important insight to be had.

  • Best MBTI podcast!

Personality Hacker is my favorite (typology and self-development) podcast. It’s enjoyable to listen and also greatly educational and inspiring.

I have been binge listening for a few weeks and although I had some basic MBTI knowledge, I learnt very much. I love how Joel & Antonia create this balance of overview, easy to follow explanations, friendliness, deep and accurate knowledge, broader wisdom and lot’s of fun.

I recommend the podcast to anyone, beginner and advanced!

ENTJ Asks - How Does Personality Affect Personal Style | Podcast 653
Q: Does type affect people's aesthetic choices, for example, clothing?
The hosts discuss that type influences how people think about dress and the impressions they want to convey, with ENTJs naturally gravitating toward an image that communicates competence and alignment with goals, while INFPs are more about expressive, verbal self-expression and utility unless fashion is their art.
Sensing vs Intuition in Family Dynamics | Podcast 651
Q: Hi, Joel and Antonia, how do I act as the bridge between intuitives in my life and the censors (sensors) in my life, particularly with two intuitive in-laws?
Start by recognizing it may not be personal; focus on translating ideas into shared language and meeting people where they are. Use low-stakes activities that exercise intuition and allow sensing to participate without pressure, and steer conversations toward shared values to keep the group connected.
How 650 Episodes Changed Our Minds About Personality Type | Podcast 650
Q: How did you two meet and decide to start Personality Hacker together?
They recount meeting at conferences, a rapid personal connection, and how a shared curiosity grew into a business partnership and the eventual creation of Personality Hacker.
How 650 Episodes Changed Our Minds About Personality Type | Podcast 650
Q: The first question is, is the white streak in your hair natural or do you add it?
Antonia explains that the streak is natural and provides some context about age and family history, while Joel notes the public perception and how it appears on video.
How Explaining Things Reveals Your Personality Type | Podcast 644
Q: What cognitive process is involved when someone imagines explaining concepts to others in order to process thoughts and feelings?
The hosts discuss a cluster of functions—likely extroverted thinking with internal processing (introverted thinking) and supportive introverted feeling—within a broader quadra framework, rather than a single function, to account for Ben's behavior.
