Hey it’s Kailey INFJ 😊 just stopping by to say how much I appreciate you both! I listen to every podcast- it’s how I motivate myself to go exercise ha! I get to listen while I work out!
listening to this intuitive nuanced conversation about personality models is not only a great source of insight and primes my curiosity but feels like coming home 😊 thanks for 650- you offer more than you know!
Personality Hacker ignited a spark in me to begin a difficult, nuanced, and much needed personal growth journey. They dive deep and challenge you know yourself better, so (ideally) we can all have greater understanding and compassion for ourselves and others. Understanding their model takes a lot of time and requires almost a leap of faith initially, but stick with it and there’s important insight to be had.
Hi there, I’m pretty sure I’m an ENFP and I absolutely imagine conversations in my head when processing something. I pay more attention to others and their emotions unless I feel a bit off myself. Thanks for this podcast, have loved listening!
Personality Hacker is my favorite (typology and self-development) podcast. It’s enjoyable to listen and also greatly educational and inspiring.
I have been binge listening for a few weeks and although I had some basic MBTI knowledge, I learnt very much. I love how Joel & Antonia create this balance of overview, easy to follow explanations, friendliness, deep and accurate knowledge, broader wisdom and lot’s of fun.
I recommend the podcast to anyone, beginner and advanced!

The show consistently explores how cognitive functions shape thinking, behavior, and relationships, with a strong focus on practical coaching for personal growth. Episodes frequently analyze real-life dynamics through Jungian and MBTI-based frameworks, offering tools to improve communication, boundaries, and self-awareness. A standout aspect is turning theoretical models into actionable coaching strategies, often using live events and audience questions to illustrate concepts. The format blends deep theory with accessible examples, making it helpful for listeners who want to apply typology to dating, work, and family interactions without losing sight of the human side of growth.
