Wow! I have just listened to Episode 529 and it really resonated with me - spot on! I non understand where my thinking is coming from, particularly my dominant character and my 3year old! Socializing, particularly in large groups, is exhausting and at times
difficult for me, although I have mastered better social behaviour over the years. I really, really need solo time to recharge afterwards. Thank you for such brilliant podcasts, I’ve been hooked for the last few weeks.
