I really value any podcasts made by women that discuss attachment style and ways to actually help to heal it. I will say though, the vocal fry was painful to listen to. There’s really no nice way to give such feedback, but working on adjusting tone while recording on mic. might help to retain more listeners. As I’m writing this, it also sounds like a bird is chirping in the background.. Take care
