I am moving to Alabama and one of the things I wanted to do was find some film representation to show my kids (and watch myself) to start to get to know the place. Searching “Birmingham” and “Alabama” led me only to Sweet Home Alabama and Forest Gump and Selma. Not really little kid good time movies. i didn't listen to the reviews in order but that has not affected my enjoyment of the podcasts.
They were recorded in2019 - i hope there are more. i really like the discussion the most - i have seen all of the movies except Crazy in Alabama, and now i will try it, if only to see if my head will fit in the tupperware bowl. thanks for issuing the pods!
