    Lift for Life is consistently interesting and generous in its approach. Full disclosure: I know Graham - but that aside, this is a podcast I genuinely enjoy and learn from. Yes, there’s a bit of “bro” energy, however this is balanced by curiosity, humility, and a real respect for the graft it takes to get stronger and stay well over time.

    This is probably one of the most honest health podcasts out there. Can tell you as a client of Angus’s that the personality on the show is the real guy too. G-dog is also hilariously relatable… from a research and numbers curiosity perspective. The combo is incredible.
