Lift for Life is consistently interesting and generous in its approach. Full disclosure: I know Graham - but that aside, this is a podcast I genuinely enjoy and learn from. This is probably one of the most honest health podcasts out there. Can tell you as a client of Angus’s that the personality on the show is the real guy too.
