So thankful for this podcast! The information is knowledgeable and helpful!
I am an obesity medicine specialist… the quote that “for patients who are using this to lose only 15-20 lbs, it’s probably not appropriate” is ignorant and simplistic. I specialize in the south Asian and East Asian population and 15-20 lbs can be a lot for a patient who’s height is 58 inches. To use a GLPs as a jumpstart doesn’t go deep into the science of obesity. You should have someone who is board certified in Obesity Medicine in your team at MiORa - you might get a different take.
I think this effort makes sense (probably in coordination with YouTube).
The electrolytes episode was impressive as were other episodes.
LifeTime has alot of reconition as fitness experts, which lends itself well to producing this show. Now would be an excellent time for LifeTime to exit the alcohol business to solidify its reputation as a reolutute vendor of fitness services and advice!
Thanks - I thought this was amazing, so amazing that I had to drive 5 hours to see the Lifetime Sienna location for myself. The LT Work lounge was done so beautifully. What an incredible project. My first time ever visiting an LT work location, visiting a LT Living location is next. I wish there were Lifetime Live/Work episodes like this.
Not five minutes into this podcast which is supposed to be about health, fitness & lifestyle the hosts starred in on DEI.
Affectively hate speech against anybody. That is not a person of color. I pay my dues at lifetime just like everybody else why should I be excluded from events because of the color of my skin.
