I listen to the show because I like catch. Unfortunately, the show is always at least 1/4 complaining and whining about BJJ and trying to convince people about the superiority of catch.
The rants are so petty that in one episode the main host was complaining about the name “kimura” instead of “double wrist lock”… no one cares about the name as long as it works.

I’ve been training the art of jiu-jitsu for about three months now. Our Coach recommended the podcast one day during class. I’ve listened to every episode multiple times.
