  • Lots of complaining.

    I listen to the show because I like catch. Unfortunately, the show is always at least 1/4 complaining and whining about BJJ and trying to convince people about the superiority of catch.

    The rants are so petty that in one episode the main host was complaining about the name “kimura” instead of “double wrist lock”… no one cares about the name as long as it works.

    Is BJJ more popular than catch? Yes. Does anyone lose sleep over it other than this guy? No. Despite how much he hates BJJ, it lives re... more

  • Level Up YOUR game with this podcast!

    I’ve been training the art of jiu-jitsu for about three months now. Our Coach recommended the podcast one day during class. I’ve listened to every episode multiple times. Coach Bryan and Ed are an awesome combo and do a great job on the show. I’ve taken several of the tips and tricks that Coach Bryan has mentioned and suggested to Level Up my game.
