Love the podcast content by the white noise / static sound in the background is VERY annoying and distracting especially when trying to meditate. Please can this be removed and reuploaded? Or please remove from in future as some are worse than others. I can’t listen to it so will have to unsubscribe. When you’re paying for a podcast you expect better quality recording. Thank you

I don’t know if I have ever rated little lone left a review for a podcast! I am working through some tough things in my life. I have been in therapy (individual and couples) for two years and between finding a therapist that I connect with and this podcast giving me some critical tools to process fears and build resilience. I have been able to turn a corner in finding peace with the unknown both from the past and looking to the future. Thank you!!
