Or please remove from in future as some are worse than others. I can’t listen to it so will have to unsubscribe. When you’re paying for a podcast you expect better quality recording. Thank you

I don’t know if I have ever rated little lone left a review for a podcast! I am working through some tough things in my life. I have been in therapy (individual and couples) for two years and between finding a therapist that I connect with and this podcast giving me some critical tools to process fears and build resilience. I have been able to turn a corner in finding peace with the unknown both from the past and looking to the future. Thank you!!
I really want to listen to this podcast but the mastering is unsuitable for the voice. It’s so jarring I can’t get past 5 minutes.
