Here’s what’s so great about “Let’s Get Real” - every episode is a reminder that just because a packaged food says “healthy” and “nutritious” on its packaging, it ain’t necessarily so. Let’s Get Real is the second best show on the Heritage Radio Network (sorry Erica, but Cooking Issues will always be my first love). Erica Wides' podcast cuts to the core of all the problems with modern food. She does indeed have opinions, but boy are they worth listening to.
