Best HR pod I’ve come across out of the dozen I’ve listened to! Great, gracious, smart, and humble host.
I’ve listened to Punk Rock HR and shared the Labor Law Posters episode with someone who asked me a timely question on it. Laurie brings up timely topics in HR and guests who can help solve their problems.
LOL If you don’t realize how cringey it is for someone in HR to try to sound edgy by describing it as “punk” you might lack as much self awareness as this host.

Episodes frequently explore employee experience, benefits strategy, AI and automation in work, leadership development, and real-world challenges in managing people at scale. The format tends to pair a candid host with guests who bring research, industry expertise, or hands-on experience, producing actionable takeaways for HR leaders, managers, and talent practitioners.
