Absolutely LOVE this podcast. I have struggled with disordered eating for the better part of my life and Ali & Hannah have helped me heal my relationship with food. As a someone in a science based field, the fact that this podcast is evidence based makes all the information that much more valuable. Would definitely recommend listening to this if you have any questions or concerns about food & diets, because trust me they cover it all.
