    I wish I’d found this podcast sooner but I believe I’ve found it when I was meant to- Carly Ann, I have listened to a few episodes that have resonated so deeply it’s brought me to tears.     I listen to this podcast while getting ready in the morning and it starts the day off, right. Carly is very knowledgeable & teaches how to cope with certain types of attachment styles & is very helpful in doing so!! I highly recommend if you are learning how to undo behaviors
