#459 Quantum Leap in Your Sleep with Louise Wilson
Q: What practical steps can listeners take tonight to start cultivating this muscle?
Clear the space, treat the bedroom as sacred dream space, write a question under the pillow, journal upon waking, and interpret symbols to reveal personal guidance and solutions.
#459 Quantum Leap in Your Sleep with Louise Wilson
Q: What does a quantum leap mean in this context, and how can someone access it through sleep?
A quantum leap is a big, seemingly impossible growth in vision or business that becomes possible when aligning with higher guidance during sleep, tapping into the fifth-dimension vibrational version of self for steps to achieve the goal.
#459 Quantum Leap in Your Sleep with Louise Wilson
Q: How did you start in dream work and pivot to this focus?
Louise shares quitting her job after a powerful dream, moving to Canada, and gradually building a path into online entrepreneurship and dream-based coaching, which led to the development of Quantum Leap In Your Sleep.
#455 New treatments for dry eye, light sensitivity, rosacea and eye mites with Dawn Wattenhofer, OD
Q: All right. IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light, and it's been used in dermatology for decades. How did you first translate this to a dry eye treatment, and what does it do for the glands and rosacea of the eyelids?
Dermatology patients saw incidental dry eye improvement, especially when rosacea affected the eyelids. IPL targets abnormal blood vessels and reduces local inflammation, which helps the glands function better. It can cause the glands to stand up and produce more oil, improving tear film quality and reducing symptoms.
#452 The Secret Language of Your Body with Inna Segal
Q: What was happening for you and how did this all start?
The guest describes a long history of illness and pain, a turning point through inner work and energy-based modalities, and a decision to heal herself, which led to a broader mission of helping others access the body's wisdom to heal.
