Discovered this podcast quite early into my own weight loss journey and really like it. I would say that it’s not extremely weight loss focused and it is more social/ lifestyle. Which is fine, I wouldn’t exactly seek it out for advice though. The gals are funny and charming. I think one gal is closer to the end of her journey which may contribute to a lack of urgency in the actual topic of weight loss.
