I binged all the episodes in about a week a month after starting Tirzepatide. I love hearing about Eva and Kami’s successes, struggles, and general journeys—both with weight loss and life. They are each unique but both so relatable, and I was extra delighted when I learned that Eva is also in Austin like me! I really hope they produce more episodes. Thank you, Kami and Eva for this podcast. It is a gem! I wish you both the best.
Very little talk about semaglutide. What potential content there is, is derailed by off-topic rabbit holes and the original (useful) content is not addressed again. Most podcast sessions don’t address any aspect of sema, or their experiences on it.I did like that there were a couple of guests, (doctors) on the show. Those podcasts had valuable information.

I think some episodes they don’t even go over their progress/ numbers. If you are looking for ... more
I am currently taking semaglutide and these ladies are very relatable. I enjoy hearing them laugh at themselves - we should all take a page from the Eva and Kami playbook. I look forward to each episode although I wish they would do two episodes week rather than biweekly.
