Not only does he give bad advice, but he politically bans people permanently from village squares, in the name of “private property.” The Woodlands, Tx is a great example, there’s at least a hundred or more people that I know, where his advice is poor at best, because in practice, he just bans anyone who doesn’t agree with them, and sends them to jail. I wouldn’t call that a leader.
I came across Terry’s podcast while perusing his company website (Trademark Property) and I must say, the information was right on point, very insightful, and truly engaging. I hung on almost every word and couldn’t turn away. I’m going to be Leaning In for some time to come.
I was recommended this podcast by a friend and loved the first episode! I am excited to hear Terry’s on-going thoughts on retail, CRE and the changing world we live in, he has some phenomenal insights. I highly recommend!
