    Funny, down to earth, and encouraging healthy habit change.

    This show is a great listen for anybody trying to find a solid basis for long term, sustainable weight loss. While the specifics of her approach don’t quite match up with what works for me (I’m a 6’4”, broad dude who isn’t going fully vegan) I really appreciate the focus on spending your energy figuring out what you can do as a lifestyle instead of trying to find the perfect system.
