Great insight on things that have been weighing on my mind. And food for thought for things that haven't.
Great podcast on how to be an effective leader and bring value to both your organization and the employees you serve. The two Todds explore different approaches to leadership from a philosophical point of view and deliver tactics to deliver the expected results. The importance of mindset and emotional intelligence for a leader is clearly defined in the first two episodes. My only complaint is that it comes out every two weeks instead of weekly. Highly recommended.
Averett & Chandler bring their wealth of experience to bear with helpful tips for the new leader and excellent reminders for those more tenured. Their informal, anecdotal style is fun and informative. I look forward to hearing more from this dynamic duo.
A polished journey through important issues for managers. The Todds have lots of experience and a lot to share. It gives me a lot to think about and helps me sharpen my saw.
Todd Chandler and Todd Averett draw upon their lifetime of leadership success to share best practices and insight on how to be a better manager. Never boring, moves quickly, and entertaining while being informative.
