I greatly appreciate this perspective and facet of leadership. We often ignore and avoid talking about the inherent power that leadership includes. But Leah beautifully apples this filter and brings it to the forefront.

When I think about Leah Fink, two things come to mind — passion for leadership and courage. Leah dives deep into the leadership topics that matter and demonstrates this right out of the gate when she takes on the topic of power and power differentials in leadership. This is one of those leadership topics that people want to ignore and not talk about, but Leah take the topic on head on. I look forward to future Ripples with Leah Fink.
Leah is so knowledgeable and realistic in how she deals with leadership. So excited for more episodes
