Thanks for having a GREAT podcast and training platform!!!!!!
Thank you for constantly providing great episodes and doing so without sponsors
Too arrogant to listen too. Too much pontification.
Immature man child. The science is why I listened but the host is unprofessional and unhinged. I’ll find my running science elsewhere.
No-nonsense deep-dive into the real science behind running. I appreciate the host’s skepticism and wry sense of humor. The back catalogue regarding nutrition and training periodization is particularly helpful for all runners, not just trail amd uktra runners. It’s nice to listen to a non-sponsored podcast where the host isn’t afraid to challenge guests on nonsense!
