  • Episode 18 wow!

I have just recently come across Dr Laura on the “TikyTok” and from one of her “live” clips thought I’d look at her podcasts. Challenging Childhood Conditioning, be prepared for an excellent, insightful delve into where your behaviours develop and how they influence all your decisions throughout your life (until you find Dr Laura and start working on yourself!). Definitely recommend a listen.

Q: Would you agree that the strategies you offer in your book are broadly applicable to anyone in any profession?
Yes, while the book is education-specific, the techniques for mindfulness and tapping can be beneficial for anyone seeking better self-care.
