Love everything about this. Her voice is calming. The meditations are excellent, thought provoking and relaxing at the same time. I just want to know Kendall personally. I have recommended this podcast to everyone I know who is vaguely intrigued in listening to a meditation .
Each time I listen I’m able to find a calm space in my kitchen. Acknowledging God’s goodness in our food and in our preparation of food is so helpful
I appreciate the insights and thoughtfulness of this podcast. Good for the body AND the soul. Thanks.
Kimball Vanderslice is one of the smartest and most humane thoughtful podcasters working today. Her short kitchen meditations provide insight and encouragement and simplicity in a world that often has too little of all of those. You will enjoy every episode. you’ll always learn some thing and walk away encouraged to live life more fully.
