I’ve just found your podcast recently so I’m starting at the beginning of your episodes. I’ve learned so much just in a the few episodes I’ve seen so far and I look forward to continuing this journey. I’m addicted to sugar and I also binge eat and it brings so much shame but I can’t seem to stop! I know my addiction is connected to childhood trauma. Thank you for your channel.

She’ll say “hmmmm, thank you” and then ask another question from her list. I would recommend taking this feedback to heart and working on interviewing skills, so that this podcast can improve. Keep up the great work!
As a food addict, I have learned valuable insight and strategies to face my addiction. It’s like attending a personal class and specifically addressing my issues to become more knowledgeable to live a healthier life. Thank you so much for YOU and your very informative guests!!!
