  • So very educational

I’ve just found your podcast recently so I’m starting at the beginning of your episodes. I’ve learned so much just in a the few episodes I’ve seen so far and I look forward to continuing this journey. I’m addicted to sugar and I also binge eat and it brings so much shame but I can’t seem to stop! I know my addiction is connected to childhood trauma. Thank you for your channel.

  • Content is good. Host could be a better interviewer

Sometimes it feels like she just drifts off in her mind while her guest is making an excellent point, vs active listening and carrying the conversation on. She’ll say “hmmmm, thank you” and then ask another question from her list. I would recommend taking this feedback to heart and working on interviewing skills, so that this podcast can improve. Keep up the great work!
