Good information about the BS information that is out there. Only thing I would add is where did the author who wrote the paper get his 💰💰💰 from?
Makes a claim but takes forever to actually back up his point. The length between the claim and the loooong explanation of his argument gets boring and loses my interest.
I enjoyed the podcast interview with Anne Crooke, a dear friend and colleague of mine and love the conversation around how toxins and leaky gut can set the body up for “dis-ease”, and when we release the toxins, and heal the gut we can overcome chronic illness - despite what our “sick care” industry tells us, chronic illness doesn’t have to be a life sentence! Thank you for helping share this message.
I love Dr. Goldcamp’s podcast and highly recommend it. Dietary information, lifestyle health, motivation, low carb, medical knowledge, it’s all here. Join the Facebook group too.
