I loved the reminder that food can’t be our only source of comfort and that real stability comes from supporting all areas of our life — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The “four legs of the table” analogy made so much sense. Asking “How do I want to feel?” instead of focusing on the scale is such a powerful shift in mindset. Thank you for this reminder, Kelly. It’s one I’ll keep coming back to.
