Q: From this entire experience, what would you say are some of the major lessons learned?
He highlights the need to verify and study routes before committing to long traverses, the risk of glamorizing a vision quest without proper fuel and electrolytes, the myth of surviving on water alone, the humility of the mountains, and the value of safer, more mindful approaches to personal growth.
