我們從小就被灌輸著「時間就是金錢」的觀念，而且不曾懷疑過！
收到訊息要秒回、睡不好要趕緊吃藥盡快入睡、生病了要趕快好起來、連休息請假都充滿罪惡感……。我們拼命追求效率，卻發現自己越來越焦慮、越來越不快樂。
「效率」本身是中性的概念：更多的自由與選擇、減少不必要的痛苦、實現更多可能性。
但問題是，當我們把效率當成「目標」而不是「工具」時，原本是為了獲得更多的自由，反而成為了束縛。
