2026 年我給自己的關鍵字聽起來很「佛系」：
慈悲Compassion、歡喜Delight、接納Acceptance
這3個一點也不具企圖心和上進感的關鍵字
卻是近期奔波在醫院和工作間，體悟到的最大智慧！
當事情不如預期，無論是爸爸的病情還是工作的挑戰
每當我越想快點找到答案，反而越容易陷入自責與內耗…

我有一個反覆做了近15年的噩夢
夢裡，我徘徊在現任與前任之間
既想要和前任做出坦白
又小心維持和現任的關係
每次下定決心要說實話時…夢就醒了
