  • Saved me

Hi Shannen, I’m so glad I searched for this podcast as it is honestly saving me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it. I’ve struggled with jealousy, particularly retroactive jealousy but also jealousy of partners female friendships, for as long as I know and it’s impacted all of my relationships. I’m 3 months into a new and very loving relationship and I feel like I now have enough understanding to finally combat this when previously I thought there was no hope. Had I not searched... more

  • We’re not alone.

I’ve been listening to this a little over a week now and one thing Ive learned is that I’m not alone! Shannen has taught me to take small steps to overcoming jealousy rather than one big move that seems impossible and makes me want to quit. Thank you Shanenn for being vulnerable and giving us jealous girls a place to turn to and ease our minds.

  • Thankful

For the longest time I thought I was the only one that experienced this debilitating jealousy. And for no reason in my current relationship. Jealousy has shown its ugly head many times in my 20 year marriage and only recently has my husband voiced how sad it makes him and hard it is for him to deal with with me. This podcast has helped me to begin healing.
