    Jazz is America’s Music. It’s not white or black or Hispanic. It’s not simple or complex. It is, simply put. Focus on race and that’s all you’ll hear. Focus on the music and that’s what you’ll hear regardless of who is playing it. Duke Ellington said it best “ if it sounds good, it is good “. Amen.
